The Ms. Miami Glow-Up Guide to Butt Injection Removal & Cosmetic Surgery Healing
Your roadmap to informed surgery, recovery, healing, and rebuilding. Created from Courtney Barnes’ personal journey through illegal butt-injection removal, multiple surgeries, reconstruction, and recovery, this guide helps you prepare for the realities of the journey—before, during, and after surgery. Inside, you’ll find practical guidance on choosing the right surgeon, preparing financially and physically, recovery and healing, nutrition and lifestyle, body image, confidence, identity, and rebuilding your life after transformation. This is for the person who doesn't want to go into surgery guessing. Learn from what I experienced, ask better questions, prepare more intentionally, and approach your transformation with greater clarity. You don't have to figure it all out alone.
